Stableford Scoring

The idea

Every hole earns points based on your score versus par. The floor is zero — a disaster hole scores nothing instead of wrecking your round. The player with the most points wins, not the fewest strokes.

Handicap strokes

By default, points are earned against your net par — the par on that hole minus any handicap strokes you receive there. This means a 20-handicapper and a scratch golfer both score the same points when they play to their ability. How handicap strokes work →

Net vs Gross

You can toggle between net (handicap-adjusted) and gross (scratch) when creating a scorecard, or later in the Setup tab. Gross Stableford scores points against raw par — no stroke allocation. It's a level-playing-field format for low-handicap or scratch competitions.

Teams or individual

Play solo for an individual leaderboard, or in teams — a team's score is the sum of its members' Stableford points. The scoreboard updates live as scores come in.
