Every hole earns points based on your score versus par. The floor is zero — a disaster hole scores nothing instead of wrecking your round. The player with the most points wins, not the fewest strokes.

By default, points are earned against your net par — the par on that hole minus any handicap strokes you receive there. This means a 20-handicapper and a scratch golfer both score the same points when they play to their ability. How handicap strokes work →
You can switch between net (handicap-adjusted) and gross (scratch) when creating a scorecard, or later in the Setup tab. Gross Stableford scores points against raw par — no stroke allocation. It's a level-playing-field format for low-handicap or scratch competitions.
