Each player gets a personal quota to beat: 36 − handicap. A 10-handicapper's quota is 26; a 24-handicapper's is 12. Points are earned on your gross score vs par — there are no per-hole strokes, because your handicap is already factored into your quota target. Players of very different abilities compete head-to-head with no other adjustments needed.
What's a handicap? →Standings show how far over or under your quota you are — not a raw points total. If your quota is 26 and you score 30, you're +4. Score 22 and you're −4. Hit it exactly and you're E (even). The player who beats their quota by the most wins.

In teams, each player's result (points earned − quota) is summed for the team. A player who is +3 and a teammate who is −1 give their team +2 overall. The scoreboard updates live as scores come in.
