What Eagle Sheet isn't

Eagle Sheet is not a bloated golf app that does everything under the sun.

For what Eagle Sheet is — live group scoring, no account, share-a-link, free — see the home page. This page is about scope: the features we've chosen to leave out so the app stays fast and simple.

What it isn't

Not a handicap index registrar

Eagle Sheet uses the handicap numbers you provide — it doesn't calculate, validate, or register them with any official handicap system. If your competition requires World Handicap System (WHS) indexes, those come from your club or national golf association.

Not a course management platform

There's no tee time booking, no GPS distances, and no course directory to search — you enter par and Stroke Index once and Eagle Sheet remembers the course. It runs your competition and adds up the cards; it does not run the golf club around it.

It does run a whole event — a roster, a draw, rounds in different formats, a qualifier that turns into a knockout, and one live leaderboard. What it can run is the page for that.

Not a stats or performance tracker

This app is built for the round in front of you. There's no fairways-hit tracking, no GIR stats, no season-long form guide — just hole-by-hole scores, a live leaderboard, and the summary a round earns once it's signed for.

Not affiliated with any governing body

Eagle Sheet is an independent project, built and maintained by one developer. The format rules described in the Reference are simplified for casual play and may not match every official competition rule exactly. For official rules, refer to the R&A or USGA.
